We are glad to offer returns or exchanges for items that are sent back to us in new, unwashed/unworn, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.
The Return Process:
- All returns or exchanges must be authorized by us – please send an email to email@example.com referencing your order number and the item(s) you would like to return/exchange and we will provide you with an authorization number.
- Once you receive your authorization number, please include this number and a copy of your packing slip (if possible) with your package, and send your return/exchange to us:
- Please note, unless we have made a mistake (wrong size, color, graphic, defective item, etc.) we are unable to pay for a return shipping label, and initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for any damages that may happen to your return/exchange as a result of the package being sent back to us – please take care to use adequate packaging/postage to make sure the return/exchange arrives back to us in new condition.
- Once we receive your return/exchange back in good condition, we will refund you for the item(s) (less a 15% restocking fee) or send out the new item(s) requested for exchange.
If we have sent an incorrect or defective item please let us know via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving your order.

We can only accept returns for UNOPENED tutus. Please refer to our sizing chart on our Customer Service page or email us directly at email@example.com if you have any questions about sizing BEFORE opening your tutu.
